From magical movement classes for little people, to Bolder - our resident dance company for over 50's - we aim to have a programme that inspires and speaks to all the community.
...And we're not just talking about those avid theatre goers but also those who don't necessarily gravitate towards the arts. Be it through open days, community festivals or a host of regular free events - we hope we can entice all the family along to their local arts centre.
We support many emerging artists and companies - be that offering networking opportunities for professional companies, supporting emerging artists with funding applications or professional advice, or offering a space to research and develop work.
We have a thriving workshop and education programme - with everything from offering work experience placements, to careers events highlighting opportunities in the performing arts; from professional drama and dance workshops giving young people the opportunity to perform alongside and learn from some of the UK's finest professionals in the industry to mime-inspired dementia workshops for care homes.
We believe the arts has an essential role in improving our towns, our lives and our community. We strive to create a programme that reflects this.
