This class runs for five weeks
An energetic aerobic dance fitness class to firm up legs, bums and tums with the accent on FUN! Warm-up and tone-up, with a focus on specific areas of the body and learn the moves and a routine to a different dance craze such as Hip Hop, Street, Jive and Rock n Roll. No previous experience is necessary, just come along ready to move!
