Nine week course
Exercises to strengthen and tone core muscles, realign and balance the body, encourage fluid movement and focus the mind.
Due to the enormous popularity of this class we recommend you pre-book your drop-in ticket to guarantee your place. If the class has reached maximum capacity on the night and you have not pre-booked we may have to turn you away.
